in Global Symbol Settings 'Intraday' tab, most/all instruments are set as New York/Eastern. Do I need to change the Time Zone to UTC +0 for each Symbol that I plan to monitor/trade, No.Just set the session times in the chart as you need. If you need to use the evening session times then use those, otherwise not.
