Two very simple solutions: 1) Download the following theme and enjoy https://is.gd/ng4QcG 2) Use High Contrast Black setting in Windows 10 - jarring at first but I actually prefer this now as it minimizes distractions. I believe both will black out MS Office and some other applications so I keep a shortcut to Themes in my start menu and switch between these and a "normal" one depending what I am working on. During trading day, I keep the dark themes on, helps to maintain concentration.
