I have repeated every step and this time managed to get a Real-Time SC data feed for my second SC instance - most likely there is some sort of "lead time" after the initial IB connection for the direct SC feed to get validated and allowed - this issue is now working for me On a separate note - I think there are issues with the new SC feature for getting IB Options Chains in SC - see the last record below - this is the error message generated when I try to get the option chains for the CURRENT (March) ES contract and nothing comes back. However if it try the next expiration then I do get a list of Options.
