1. You would need to connect each of your instances to IB at least once a month. 2. If you are connecting directly to "SC Data - All Services", make sure that you are not using IB specific symbols. I do know the differences between symbols from different data feeds .... basically I have a strong suspicion that your Infrastructure for multiple SC instances and multiple data feed connections does NOT work for the case when SC is supposed to connect directly to SC datafeed (and mind you, as explained below - only 1 min earlier I connected it to IB ... so that's not the problem) Go check in the logs of your market data infrastructure why it is not sending me real-time data when a SECOND SC is connected directly to it - I am paid for 3 SC instances and 3 data feeds ....
