Exit from Sierra Chart and go to this folder on your system:
C:\SierraChart2\Transact\

Delete this file and any other DLL files in that folder:
TransactToSierraBridge.exe

Download and install Sierra Chart again from this page:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/download.php

During the installation, make sure you install Sierra Chart into this folder:
C:\SierraChart2\
