This is not related to the website outage. There is no technical connection between the two.

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

Go to the chart which is completely blank and follow the instructions below:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
