During the afternoon and evening of 2018-12-22, the SierraChart.com website was unavailable. This was due to a hardware malfunction . We do have a backup server and have transferred over to this backup server. The delay in the transfer had to do with ensuring integrity of the databases before we transferred them to the new server. The problem is, that it takes time for the domain name SierraChart.com to remap to the new IP address. So it may appear to be down longer for many users than it actually was. We are going to reduce this transition time to as low as possible but it does not change the current transition time for today. We apologize for this issue.
