Hi, I upgraded my SierraChart instances: my direct subscription to Sierrachart to 1850 (64Bit) 25512M my Infinity Futures install to 1850 (32Bit) 25512M Now I am unable to use data charts from the other instance. For example previously I had subscribed to a bunch of exchanges on my direct subscription and I was able to use those charts from within my Infinity Futures install ... now they are gone. The option to select this instance or the other instance DOES NOT EVEN SHOW UP. I run both the direct subscription instance and the Infinity Futures instance as Administrator ... Please help - without accessing data from the direct subscription in my Infinity Futures instance I CANNOT TRADE. BTW it is same behavior from both sides I cannot access Infinity Futures charts in direct subscription instance either ... the option itself is not shown anymore in all cases (infinity futures instance and direct subscription instance) ...
