All the other non-time based bars close when their respective intervals or thresholds are met, so why not time-based bars? Yes, this is the obvious question. I do not know why time-based bars are the exception. IMO, the 'Include Columns With No Data' setting should print a time based bar at equal intervals, and not wait for the next data to arrive.
