Okay understood. This is what we saw as well but we thought it was just related to an invalid username or password because we were trying to connect to the live server without a live account.

We do not really know what we can do because we need to debug this but we cannot. The debug version is simply unstable which also indicates that the release build is going to be unstable which may actually be the cause of the problem. At this point we are at a dead-end in regards to this.

We are just going to remove this and put the responsibility on Rithmic. They can so easily solve this. That is point-blank obvious. Anyone can see that just by looking at that configuration file we put an image of above.
