For an understanding of the connection parameters difference between what Rithmic says Sierra Chart should be using and what Sierra Chart is currently using, see the attached screenshot. What Sierra Chart is using is on the right side. You can see they are minor and effectively there is no difference in the domain names.

Whatever the connectivity issue today was, we would think Rithmic would be able to resolve this from their side understanding the connection parameters being used.

One thing we can potentially do is rollback the code for the Rithmic bridge program to an earlier state when there apparently was not a problem and build and release that but we are not comfortable with that with all of the code updates we have done since then. And then we would have trouble using an earlier version of Visual C++ most likely.

What we tried right now is doing a release build of the Rithmic bridge and tested the execution of it. It seems to run fine but being we see unstable behavior in the debug build we are not totally sure about releasing it but we will go ahead and do that. It will be in the next release.
