With CTS, the historical data from the CTS system is processed on the primary thread and if there is a lot of historical tick data being downloaded it will momentarily freeze the user interface at times. What you describe sounds much more extreme than this and we are not sure of the cause. But we think it is related to this. At least it would seem so but it could also be some kind of volume at price processing issue.
