We see you are using the wrong CTS connection. In order to have properly managed server-side bracket orders, and to take advantage of the lower cost order routing fees, you must follow the instructions here:

We are going to update the instructions, to only include these instructions and not support the direct FIX connection.

We added additional $10 credit to your account to offset the $10 trading connection fee.



But when I close the platform and open it again, it is set to CQG Fix again and every time I have to change the Trade Service Settings to CTS Trading - DTC (trading).
This is solved for your account.

2. I was not able to log in to the CTS website. I am not getting any message but I probably need to log in and complete the steps as stated in the instructions, is that
correct? Would you please advise me as to what details I should use to be able to log in, please?
Yes you need to complete whatever the steps are described and you would use your CTS username and password. We do not know what those are.
