1. I think I followed the instructions correctly now.
I seem to be connected. Charts are moving. But I cannot see my balance. I think I still do not have it right.


2. I have completed the setup on t4login.com.

I am sending the Trade Service Log below. Would you please kindly have a look at it and tell me if I have it set up correctly? Thank you for your help.

I am really sorry to bother you.

I still do not know what I am doing wrong.

I seem to be getting real time data. But I cannot see my balance in "Orders and positions". And I tried to place an order just to see if it is accepted and it was rejected.
I am sending you the the Trade Service Log below...

Okay basically the problem had to do with account configuration and authorizations on the CTS side which your broker AMP has control over. We do not directly control those.
