It really is ridiculous because there can be no logical reason why an order then results in numerous other orders because of multiple fills. There is complete loss of tracking in that case.

And we have never seen this type of behavior with any other trading service we have worked with. We have specified the correct flags for these types of orders and yet we still see the behavior.

And we are also working on implementing an alternative solution with TT as well.

Thinking about the pricing, the pricing was based on using a direct Sierra Chart account because that solves a lot of billing related issues.

If you want to save some money with this, our recommendation is to go with CTS for now and then when we have the TT solution out in about 60 days that will lower the cost. It may lower the cost to about $30 per month but we are not totally sure of the exact amount.

And for anyone else reading this, this is the whole reason why CQG server-side bracket orders were pulled and they are going to be reviewed again and most likely get pulled. But not likely until we get the TT solution out and then we will pull them, and hold firm. But ultimately it was AMP who came to us who put pressure on this get these back again.

But this kind of behavior with these bracket orders, is completely unacceptable and really makes us look bad because the user is not going to know the origin of the problem.
