There are two things you need to do. You need to update to the current version of Sierra Chart:
Software Download: Fast Update

If that does not solve the issue, then disable this option:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Use Server Side Bracket Orders (if supported) (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General)
