Those seem fine. Black background, blue bars. It appears to be in the values setting of the study. Possibly the scale or the value format. Format set to 1. I had horizontal grid on in the area but unchecked it on chart settings. Volume on data panel drops to 4 digit as it disappears, shows as we move to 5 or 6 digit.
