This is not unusual when using LMAX and does not relate to the new version. It could not. It is fully explained here: LMAX Trading Service: How Current Trade Positions Are Determined You really do need to set "Order Fills Start Date-Time" to the point in time that your position has been flat and should be fine going forward in time.
