There should not be any performance issues when using chart and other data from a remote instance of Sierra Chart. We do not think we have ever heard this before. So you should be able to solve the problem by looking through the items in help topic 30. One question we have is do you have Global Settings >>General Settings >> Use Non-Chart Data from Remote Instances enabled? Do you notice any difference with performance when you change this setting?
