A bit more reading and I found a few helpful answers. This thread was helpful: Which syntax do I have to use for Twitter messages? These instructions were also helpful to enable the User Defined Name Only: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GeneralSettings.html#IncludeAlertNameInAlertEmail The only question I have remaining is can you add data to the User Defined Name? Such as a cell reference or chat data?
