So CQG has said this: The only thing I can think of is whether or not the user is connecting to Sierra using the FIX or Webapi connection, though if he is properly seeing his CME data then it is not related to that. Unfortunately, regarding a similar issue with data, we have already reached out to Sierra’s developers to find the source of the issue and have heard nothing back. Market data can only come through the CQG web API connection. So the question about FIX is just not relevant. We have never heard anything from CQG. They never reached out to us.
Until their developers send us some logs or code detailing the issue, then our API team cannot solve the issue.
