Thanks for all the feedback, sorry it was such a mess, but I just kept pounding away until I actually had a dialog with the CQG API contact himself... that was what was needed. Thanks again I know this was a long thread but I really needed the SP Cash Data for a strategy I am working on.

I tried to get SPX Cash Index data from AMP in the past and eventually gave up. If I try and subscribe now, do you think they will know what to do? Michael, can you post more details as to what AMP needs to do exactly so that it works. What is the correct data feed that needs to be activated? Who did you talk to at AMP that finally fixed the issue? I really don't want to go through another round of ring around the rosy. Thanks!

under CQG indexes have them activate X.US.SPC5 this is SP 500 Index data here is a link https://gyazo.com/0a56d9665e4a6ef019b211f5f3d820d2 |
