Just give us your CQG username as requested above and we will take care of this politely and clearly with CQG. Do not involve anyone else. And we do not think this is some kind of bug or error that CQG needs to fix on their side . We have seen this too many times where brokers say a user is authorized for a particular exchange, repeatedly, and the user gets that very same message from CQG: Market data subscription for X.US.SPC5 was unsuccessful. Text: Real-time data for instrument X.US.SPC5 (corresponding to ID = 1) are not allowed.
And it is something that is resolved by the broker with the help of CQG. What does this say about CQG market data authorization? obviously it is not a simple system.
