i would not understand why they say it does not stream on Sierra charts when working fine on other platforms. That is because CQG is rejecting the request.CQG has to answer what the problem is here. Your broker needs to contact CQG with your CQG username and ask them why for a historical data request for that symbol this message is being returned: Instrument X.US.SPC5 (corresponding to ID = 2) is not allowed. Result=103. Num Quotes=0
And why is it that real-time data is not being received for that symbol if that is the case as well. Why CQG is making this so hard, is beyond belief. We gave up on this long ago.
