No the configuration does not change with an update or a downgrade. At least not in a way which you might think. We still cannot reproduce the problem with your global configuration file and if there is a genuine problem we should have been able to reproduce it under the debugger. So we are not sure why you are having an issue. If after updating again you still have the problem we recommend going back to a configuration file from perhaps two weeks ago.
