Keep in mind, SMS text messages have a limit of 160 characters. Modern phones do have the ability to break longer texts into pieces and send them as multiple texts, which are then reassembled on the receiving end. Since this is an email being converted to a text by the carrier, we are pretty sure that it does not do the breaking/receiving and therefore you are limited to the 160 characters. Customization of alert messages is something that will come later. We cannot do anything now in the short term.
