I have a laptop with Windows 10. I have tried to install the Sierra Software but it won't install. I have disabled my ESET Security but it makes no difference. The message I get is :- Sierra Chart Installer Maximum number of retries encountered. Refer to log. Download cancelled. Press "Install" to retry. OK I have pressed "Install" several times with no luck. Any ideas what I can do? N.B. I am a blonde pensioner and whilst I know my way around a computer I am not really a techie. Thanks to you all. |
