I got below reply from Bitfinex support.

"You would not be able to get a ticker price that far, but you can get Trade history using Rest API using this endpoint: https://docs.bitfinex.com/v1/reference#rest-public-trades This should give you an overview of the price movement through time.

For instance: https://api.bitfinex.com/v2/trades/tBTCUSD/hist?start=1358182043000&sort=1&limit=1000 will return the first 1000 trades that occurred after 1358182043000 (the first trade available in the trade history for BTC)

By submitting ever increasing timestamps and different pairs you can retrieve the entire trade history of all pairs."

So can you do anything under these circumstances?
