You will have to work out this problem with the broker. And then they need to contact Rithmic for further help. We simply do not control these connections. There is nothing we can do to make that connection work. That is beyond our ability.

If you continue to have trouble, we recommend using CQG. It would be unlikely that you would have any connectivity problems to CQG on the current version of Sierra Chart.
