The log file shows you are getting a "Permission denied" error. Meaning that this Rithmic log file is not even relevant. That is a very common error when trying to connect to Rithmic. Rithmic connection problems are very common.
Provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:
Also make sure you have your correct Rithmic Username and Password and they are entered in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Username/Password.
