Was it your intention to change HAND tool button's behaviour? Now it toggles on/off. It's pretty confusing as I have a keyboard shortcut for it (spacebar) and when I want to move the chart sometimes after hitting spacebar Im SWITCHING OFF the hand tool and have to click spacebar again to switch it on. The same behaviour is when I click hand button on toolbar - it toggles hand tool on/off. All other tools can be only switched on which looks like proper behaviour. Could you change it to how it was several builds ago? Thanks
