To Whom It May Concern,

The real-time data feed for GreenChart is provided via my broker (Click Futures dba Insignia Futures & Options). Originally, the CQG data feed was selected and operational; however, the connection was unreliable. Therefore, a request was placed to my broker to replace the CQG feed with the Rithmic feed. Further, the broker furnished the new login credentials and parameters; however, GreenChart is constantly "waiting to reconnect". The internet connection is stable and working. The broker suggested a reset my be required; reference message below.

Requested is a settings reset or an applicable solution. Please advise.

Hello Jay,

When you login with the Rithmic credentials, it should choose the appropriate server for you.

If you are still having problems, you may need to check with Sierra Chart’s support for further assistance. There may be settings that have to be reset to defaults since you were first using the CQG data feed.
