Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Make sure this is enabled:
Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.
Reconnect to the data feed:
Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level
