The "[M]" is also missing indicating it may not be using sierra chart data for the sub-instance? The sub instance is using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed as well even though you do not see the [M] indicator. It is just enough that you see it in the main instance of Sierra Chart. Make sure the sub instance has a tick by tick data configuration: Tick by Tick Data Configuration If there still is an issue we need precise details about the issue.
