I installed version 1614 and when I restarted SC, none of my charts or spreadsheets appear in the chart book anymore. Check the size of the Chartbook file. Sounds like there was some error on your side with saving it. But there are backups of your Chartbooks and spreadsheets as you have used. There is no problem with the new version with reading existing Chartbooks. We tested that and there were no problems and there are no changes that would cause a problem either.
