My feedbacks is for you to improve to be more user friendly. Hope you take this positively.
The grids are already organized very appropriately. The menu commands enable and disable them and there are both keyboard shortcuts and control bar buttons for those as well.

In Chart >> Chart Settings is where you can configure them with more detail.

The Sierra Chart design overall is very very good compared to a lot of the junk software designs out there. We already have a large user base who relies upon Sierra Chart designed the way it is. You are already used something that works a certain way. So it does take time to get used to something new. It is not something we would change. There may be small incremental changes as necessary and needed but you should never expect any major change. We would not do that.

What I'm looking for is vertical split of two charts at different time frames in one window. What's the setup for this?
You can place two charts side by side. Let us know if you need help with that. You cannot do what you want within a single chart window though.
