something else - I have an instance open and I am pulling the CL contract off that instance. Yes that is the problem. You need to re-download the data in the main instance of Sierra Chart. Not a sub instance. Or you can just delete all of the CL data files in the main instance. You will need to disconnect from the data feed first though.
