We know what the problem is. We are thinking of a solution. We have to determine how to route the options symbols request in the case of when a user is using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

Also, we performed a Full Reset of the Symbol Settings on your side. This should not be a problem unless you have set some custom settings like a Round Turn commission or Session Times. If so, there is a backup file that can be easily restored. Just let us know if you want us to do that.
