We are all done. We tested one of the options symbols and it works.

But we got a symbol subscription error from CQG because your CQG account is not authorized for the CME data since we were testing a CME option. Anyway, you can either have them authorize that exchange now. Or you when you want to continue, you could do it at that time.

My FCM assured me that I am authorise for any options on cme-eurex-nymex cbot.

And yes I can see the options on the find symbol menu but still can not get them on chart or dom...

Yes we know. This is often the case but the CQG system is indicating otherwise.

Have them check again and have them contact CQG about this. The error message we saw, was the typical error indicating a symbol is not authorized due to the exchange not being active.
