And they need further information.

When you have a chance, probably after the market close, could you update again to the latest prerelease. The version number is the same but we have added some additional logging.

Here are instructions:

Once the update is done, connect to the data feed and try requesting the option symbols again for a particular symbol with Get Options and then provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

It would be best that you do not open any charts in order for the Message Log to contain minimal information.
