OK we understand the reason for the problem now. You need to enable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings >> Connect to Market Data Server.

After this reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

But the problem is, you will need to have activated on your CQG account CME market data for those options symbols if you do not already. We do plan to offer CME options data in a couple of months with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
