Yes, I understand and appreciate the fact that you quickly resolved the issue I have no complaints with your customer service, or your charting, which are both excellent However, you have to understand. I am a trader not a programmer I've worked in finance for 22 years. When I use an application I need to be confident it is thoroughly tested and stable for all issues, no matter what they may be.
