We were not aware of the problem until you brought it to our attention and until we started to look at it more closely. We have also given you two additional weeks.

You should have told us about it earlier. It was a Rithmic specific issue. It was a problem in the way that Sierra Chart was handling full order responses from Rithmic. It did not affect any other service and only affected Rithmic when there was more than one trade account.
