Select File >> Data/Trade Service Settings. What is the Service set to? What is the Time Zone set to? We see absolutely no reason why Saturday data would be partially missing in newer versions. And we do not see this problem ourselves. If there is some missing data in the old historical data, that is not something we would have control over. This would probably mean the data was missing from the source we obtained the data from. For 2012 that data would come direct from MTGox.
