We see zero indication of this at all:
Also have a look at the high and low of day. For example the Bund high is 162.15 but the barchart data gives 14 as the high.

If the values of a chart bar are incorrect tell us the Date-Time of that bar, the timeframe of that bar and the time zone and what value is incorrect about it and how you are coming to that conclusion.

This is not true and we do not know how you are coming to this conclusion:
Highs and lows still not correct and the volumes (candlestick, bid/ask) are still way off what the market is showing (eurex.com).

This is not really clear for us:
. We might be trading 162.10 offer for example in the BUND and the chart is still showing 11s or 9s.

We need 100 percent specific information about this.

At this point in time being there are no other reports of any problems with the EUREX data, other symbols are fine, and nothing you have said has been observed or confirmed, it appears as though you are coming to an incorrect conclusion.

And although we are looking at the data we see on the server, there is no reason why the data is going to be different on the client side. It will be the same.

Try re-downloading the historical data following the instructions in help topic 2.1.2:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails2.html#h2.1.2

You will see that it should be completely identical.
