I just connected to my CQG data feed. When I load my charts, the charts download the latest data up to the minute. However, the charts do not update in real time. The time stamps on the top of my charts are not updating either. I have completely read over the documentation at, http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails3.html so I am fairly certain I have ran out of possible remedies. Could you please suggest on how this can be resolved. Thank you
