My Chart is suddenly delayed. On the region data it says "00:10:09 (delayed)". I have service package 10. Funded account is within 30 days. Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. What could be the reason? |

DaveTrader: Your issue is that you do not have any active exchanges at this time. You have not had an active exchange for the CME Group with us since January 31, 2025. User214898: You have not done everything necessary to get the Non-Professional data for the CME Group. In particular, you have not filled out your exchange agreements properly, and you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following to understand the requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data from the CME Group at the non-professional rates: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges To update you exchange agreements, you will need to redo them at the following link. When you fill them out, you need to enter the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" for your live trading account. https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements You need to then connect to your live trading account at least once a month.
