The proptrading company, claims that I opened additional contracts, in the course of running the position, and this is not true. They wrote -
Thank you for the explanation, we can investigate this, but we will need the logs of your platform for that day, for it please contact the support of your platform and request those logs for that specific day then we will take a look at that information and compare it with Rithmic.-
Please provide this information, thank you.
A.

All information for Sierra Chart is stored on your local system. We do not have access to it. If a file is missing, then it would have to have been deleted from your system for some reason. Or there simply was no trading from Sierra Chart for that day. But there is nothing we can do to help with either situation.

The instructions to export the data from your Trade Activity Log were given in post #3.

I traded on the 2nd of May and nothing was removed from the system.
Trading with a proptrading company, Trade act. log. does not work, this is the case when trading with such a company.
This is probably why there is no data in TAL.
The proptrading company. knows that there is no data in TALog. there is no data since They are connected by Rithmic program to my Sierra platform.
Nevertheless, they are asking for such data to clarify the information about the supposedly extra open contracts they have with Rithmic.
What in such a situation?

If trades were made from Sierra Chart, then there will be information related to this in your Trade Activity Log. Even if the trade itself did not go through, the original order that was sent will be listed in your Trade Activity Log.

If you had orders sent and you are not seeing this information, then you do not have the display settings correct on the Trade Activity Log. Refer to the following:

Included in the appendix are transactions from May 2. I opened a position once - 3 contracts. Why it opened, against my will, another 3 contracts! I have huge problems because of this! Please give me a quick answer, thank you.

You need to look at the original orders for those fills to determine the origin of the order. It is also possible these are duplicate fills received. In which case they can just be deleted.

If there are duplicate fills, then you can delete them:

Please look at the original orders for these fillings to determine the origin of the order.
I am unable to do this. Which means it is also possible that these are duplicate fills received?
I have opened 3 contracts.
How do I just delete them, since the play took place and I suffered and am suffering the painful consequences.
Please confirm that 3 additionally opened contracts, opened against my will - truthfully.
I need this for prop trading company.
Thank You.

We do not have any access to the information. Everything that occurs in your Sierra Chart with regards to trading is in your Trade Activity Log, which is on your local computer - we do not have any access to this. Therefore, you need to determine what occurred. Refer to the following for how to determine the origin of an order:
