All information for Sierra Chart is stored on your local system. We do not have access to it. If a file is missing, then it would have to have been deleted from your system for some reason. Or there simply was no trading from Sierra Chart for that day. But there is nothing we can do to help with either situation. The instructions to export the data from your Trade Activity Log were given in post #3.
