The proptrading company, claims that I opened additional contracts, in the course of running the position, and this is not true. They wrote - Thank you for the explanation, we can investigate this, but we will need the logs of your platform for that day, for it please contact the support of your platform and request those logs for that specific day then we will take a look at that information and compare it with Rithmic.- Please provide this information, thank you.
